Canada Return Policy

Return Policy for damaged products during shipping:

Products damaged during shipping with leakages, damaged containers, boxes, and/or removed seals, any kind of contamination; and not in the original form must be reported immediately to the head office along with photographs and/or proof of damage. If products are damaged during shipping when customer receives them from the transporter, damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and signed by both the transporter and receiver of the goods (customer). The customer must report damage in all cases and ASLE sales team members should make sure complaints are received by the office immediately. Claim should be filed within 3 business days.

Upon review of damage, if found genuine, products will be replaced to the customer at no additional cost.

 

Return Policy for Unused products:

Unused products must be reported within 30 days of purchase/payment and a credit note will be issued for ATG Products for the following growing season. Cash returns are not permitted once paid in full or parts.

ASLE is not liable for misuse, improper handling, or improper storage of ATG Products. Returns/refunds will not be issued in these cases.

Products noticed with any quality issues must be reported within 3 business days of receipt with a sample of the product, batch #, Date of manufacture and photographs of the containers, packing of the products. Upon reviewing the quality control reports from the labs, if found genuine and correct, a credit note will be issued for the replacement of the products. NO Cash returns are permitted.

 

Storage: 

Do not freeze ATG Energy Max: Store at room temperature in a dry area, away from heat sources & excess moisture. 

Do not freeze ATG Crop Booster: Store at room temperature in a dry area, away from heat sources & excess moisture. 

ATG NF Fertilizers: Store at room temperature in a dry area, away from heat sources & excess moisture.
